Our team must make all possible efforts to perform the commissioned project professionally and punctually, by all details agreed on. If the client asks for it, the team would keep her/him informed by the progress of the project. Based on the type of design, up to three-times editions and revisions after the end of the project is acceptable. Any complaints must be in written form and at the earliest time and delivered not later than seven business days.

Both parties, we as Sondii team and you as our client, must keep all shared information confidential. All designs, texts, or any work performed in our team are protected by worldwide copyright laws and all such rights are reserved.
