The cover art illustrates amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) particles can directly infiltrate inside fibrils and mediate the phase transformation for collagen mineralization, improving the mechanical properties of the mineralized collagen and significantly promoting dentin remineralization, which provides a new mechanistic understanding of collagen mineralization and a promising strategy for hard tissue.

The cover art illustrates the composition of the environmental protein corona offers an intriguing possibility to track the transport of nanomaterials through the environment and up the food chain, and to support modelling of nanomaterial transport.

The artwork showcases the architecture of the F8-A22-E4-H5 holoenzyme and highlights its two processivity-enhancing mechanisms. The holoenzyme, depicted by a construction worker, is attached to double-helical green vines by a safety belt and a pair of climbing spikes. The safety belt represents the ring formed by A22-E4, which encircles the single-stranded template DNA upstream F8. The climbing spikes signify the H5 tetramer that attaches to the newly synthesized double-stranded DNA downstream F8.

The cover art  show that upregulation of the tRNA methyltransferase proteins TRMT61A and TRMT6 and N 1-methyladenosine modification of tRNAs contribute to accelerated mRNA translation efficiency, in particular synthesis of MYC protein, and are required for rapid T cell proliferation.

The cover art illustrates how exuberant host immune responses (the fire) thwart SARS-CoV-2 infection while exerting damaging effects on host cells.
