In-depth phenotyping of an HCC827 (lung adenocarcinoma) aggregoid (aggregated spheroid) 3D cell model by imaging mass cytometry. The overlay image shows the distribution of protein markers of epithelial tumor (E-cadherin (purple)), proliferation (Ki-67 (green)), hypoxia (Glut-1 (red)), and mitosis (pHH3 (white)). Data were acquired at 1 μm pixel size using the Hyperion Imaging System (Fluidigm) following staining of a 10 μm section with a cocktail of metal tagged antibodies.
